Thank you for your purchase from AntiAgePlanet. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our reflective ceiling products and services. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Standard Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging with all protective materials intact
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Please note that custom-made or custom-cut products, special orders, and installation services are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-cut panels or materials that have been cut to specific dimensions
• Products that have been installed or attempted to be installed
• Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering
• Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable"
• Installation services that have been performed

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for inspection, repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged products for inspection.

Product Warranties

Our products come with the following warranties:

• Materials Warranty: 10-year limited warranty on all reflective ceiling materials against manufacturing defects
• Performance Warranty: 5-year warranty on light reflection properties (minimum 90% retention of initial reflection values)
• Installation Warranty: 2-year warranty on installation services when performed by our certified installers

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require inspection by our technical team. Normal wear and tear, improper installation by non-certified installers, improper maintenance, or damage from external factors (such as water leaks, fire, or structural issues) are not covered by our warranties.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call +1 (158) 254-8547 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
3. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and the original receipt or proof of purchase inside.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as you receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
• Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process.
• Check refunds will be mailed within 14 business days of approval.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or specification, please follow the return process above and indicate in your communication with customer service that you would like an exchange. We will guide you through the process and help you place a new order if necessary.
